Extra membership is for those with regular access to a computer and with an
email address. Membership is not available at this time for those without such
access. Please add newsletter@annegeddes.com to your safe senders list
in order to get all the benefits from your membership.

Anne Geddes Extra membership fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
Membership may not be sold, assigned or transferred to any other person or
entity. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership
will be cancelled without a refund. Anne Geddes Extra can only be
accessed online through the use of the member’s email address and
password. Each member must keep his/her login information strictly
confidential. If a member is found to be sharing his/her login information, the
membership will be cancelled without a refund.

Only one membership is allowed per person. If one person is found to have
multiple memberships, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.

It is each member’s responsibility to renew his or her membership unless auto
renew has been selected when joining Anne Geddes Extra. You will be notified in
advance of the expiry of your membership. You will then have the option to
renew your membership if you wish to continue receiving membership benefits.

Members 10% savings are applied only to regularly priced product unless
otherwise stated and do not apply to already discounted product, sale, or
"outlet" items. Products subject to monthly specials such as 20% are inclusive
of the everyday 10% discount.

Shopping specials and discounts apply per product, not per order and cannot be
combined.

Member benefits cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, and
discounts.

All product purchases are processed online through the Anne Geddes Gift Shop.

Memberships are only available to purchase via a valid Visa, American Express or
Mastercard credit card. We do not accept cash, personal checks or any other
type of credit card. Paypal may be used when purchasing your membership through the Anne Geddes Gift Shop.

When shopping at the Anne Geddes flagship store in Downtown Disney®, members are
required to show valid legal proof of identity such as drivers license or
passport in order to qualify for benefits. Members must also be properly
registered and membership must be current.

Purchases made at Wynn LVNV Anne Geddes boutique and any other retail entity
that is not expressly stated and furthermore owned and operated by Anne Geddes
or any of it’s affiliates are excluded from Extra benefits.

Anne Geddes reserves the right, where it deems necessary, to change, modify,
add, or remove part or parts of the offerings made under the Anne Geddes Extra
membership program.

All membership information collected will be used solely by www.annegeddes.com
and will not be sold or rented to any other organization. Information provided
by you or gathered as a result of your purchases will be used for purposes of
administrating the membership program and to assist us in offering products and
services that would be of interest to you.

Anne Geddes reserves the right to terminate Extra memberships at its own
discretion, without limitation, if a member's conduct violates applicable law
or is harmful to the interests of www.annegeddes.com and/or its affiliates.

Anne Geddes shall not be held responsible, nor incur any liability for any
failure to fulfill the obligations of the Extra membership due to causes beyond
its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of war,
insurrection, acts of terrorism, sabotage, blockage or embargo, labor disputes,
acts of third parties, acts of government or judicial action, provided that
such actions that do not substantially hinder or prohibit performance shall not
excuse performance.

By enrolling in the program or by using the Anne Geddes Extra membership number,
you agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and are
bound by all of them, as they may be amended from time to time, and that you
consent to collection and use of your personal information as stated above and
in accordance with our privacy policy.

You acknowledge and agree that Anne Geddes Extra may terminate your membership
without prior notice and without a refund if you engage in any conduct or
activities that Anne Geddes Extra in its sole discretion, believes violates any
of these Terms and Conditions.
